IE输入 accountservices.passport/reg.srf？xpwiz=true&fid=RegXPWizCredO 选择“使用我的电子邮件地址”注册Windows Live ID（Microsoft Passport Neork） 。

方法如下：更改浏览器默认语言 Internet选项中选择语言，弹出对话框中选择添加语言，英语-美国，上移，设为默认，确定。进入 http：//get.live.com/getlive/overview 看到英文界面后，选择注册。
